Happy New Year 2015!

Cafe K'Tizo

As we ring in the new year, we often reflect on the past year. In 2014, the Global Bag Project had a very successful apron sale! We are so grateful for those that held bag parties and the individuals that visited our website. We are grateful for the volunteers who helped count, pack, and ship inventory. We want to thank those that have worked on our website.

We want to give special thanks to Bruce and Judy Duncan for allowing us to sell aprons in their tea shop, K’Tizo in Wheaton, IL last November. We also want to give special thanks to Angel Village Art in LaGrange, IL for allowing us to sell a variety of products in their store. We are grateful for the ongoing designated funds to Mary Ogalo’s stipend and for those who have purchased fabric and supplies that support our sisters in Kenya.

If you know of any specialty retail shops like Angel Village Art that may be interested in selling Global Bag Project bags, please contact us. We are beginning to schedule Global Bag Project parties for this spring. Please email heather1p17@yahoo.com for more information.

We are setting a goal of $45,000.00 in Global Bag Project sales and donations for 2015.

We look forward to hearing from you soon.
